Location: TelecommuteJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $35 - 45 per hourOur client seeking a strategic and execution-focused Sr. Marketing Specialist (Contractor) to support initiatives for our Small Business marketing team. This role will help build, execute, and manage critical broker- and GA-facing programs, while also supporting the creation of insightful, data-driven content.Responsibilities: Develops and implements comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness, influence, and education towards the value of dental insurance for small businesses. Analyzes trends, intended audience insights to inform marketing strategy and decision-making. Sets marketing goals and KPIs aligned with overall objectives. Leads and manages multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, email) from concept through execution. Oversees project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient and effective use of marketing assets. Measures campaign performance and adjust tactics to optimize results and mission outcomes. Maintains brand guidelines and ensure alignment across projects. Develops and oversees creation of marketing content, including blogs, website copy, email newsletters, social media posts, and collateral materials. Works with creative team members to ensure high-quality design and compelling copy that aligns with standards. Leads and mentors, other marketing specialists and cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration. Apply comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments. Qualifications: 3-5 years in marketing, communications, or strategic program support. Experience coordinating cross-functional marketing efforts. Familiar with survey tools, reporting dashboards, and campaign planning. Comfortable interpreting data and working with creative teams to bring insights to life.
