We’re looking for enthusiastic and experienced massage therapists to join our Allied Health Programs as instructors. *Position Details*

* Job Type: Part-Time, Day and Evening
* Pay Range: $30+/hr.
* Location: Alaska Career College

*What You’ll Do*

* Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
* Deliver hands-on and theoretical instruction in Massage Therapy techniques.
* Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
* Collaborate with administrative departments to support student success.
* Participate in faculty meetings and ongoing training sessions.
* Stay current with industry trends and maintain professional credentials.
* Serve as a mentor and role model for aspiring massage therapists.

*What We’re Looking For*

* Currently licensed as a Massage Therapist.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Experience in teaching, supervisory, or leadership environments is a plus.
