JOB SUMMARY

The Material Handling Associate will be responsible for preparing and packaging copy machines for shipment, including shrink wrapping, corner boarding, bubble wrapping, labeling, and moving units to staging lines. The role also involves assisting with loading trucks when needed. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work with limited supervision. While this is a temporary position, there may be an opportunity for conversion to full-time employment for outstanding candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Shrink wrap, corner board, and bubble wrap copy machines.
• Label machines and move them to staging lines.
• Assist with loading trucks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to push 80–100 machines per day and lift items (assistance available for heavier units).
• Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work with limited supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in material handling or warehouse operations.
