We’re looking for a Media Strategist in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area to grow our creative services team. This role will serve as a key client-facing partner, leading account management responsibilities while developing and executing media strategies across channels.
This role is equal parts relationship-builder, planner, and executor. You’ll lead client communication, manage projects, and deliver smart media strategies that drive results.
What You’ll DoServe as the day-to-day contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and proactive updates.
Lead weekly client meetings, preparing and presenting decks that clearly summarize progress, performance, and next steps.
Develop media strategies that align with client goals, spanning digital (paid social, search, display) and traditional channels (radio, D/OOH, TV).
Keep projects highly organized: maintain shared timelines, budget spreadsheets, campaign calendars, and client-ready reports.
Build and manage relationships with media vendors, ensuring seamless execution across buys.
Provide detailed creative briefs and collaborate with other team members to align messaging and creative; present assets to clients for approval.
Monitor campaign performance, optimize in real time, and deliver clear insights and recommendations.
Track hours and maintain accurate documentation across projects.
Support client activations and events on-site (some nights/weekends required; some travel required; schedules shared in advance).

Confident communicator: you’re comfortable leading client conversations, building trust, and presenting with clarity.

Positive and resourceful: you tackle challenges with energy, optimism, and a "how might we" mindset.
Curious and growth-minded: you bring fresh ideas, embrace feedback, and look for ways to continuously improve.
Decisive and reliable: you can make informed calls and stand behind them with thoughtful reasoning.
3+ years of experience in media planning, buying, or account management (agency background a plus).
Strong organizational and project management skills with a track record of keeping multiple campaigns moving simultaneously.
Proficiency in creating client-facing decks and reporting dashboards.
Strong understanding of paid digital platforms (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.)
Strong understanding of traditional media planning/buying.
Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
