Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full life cycle recruitment within the medical device or healthcare industries.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a strong ability to influence and advise clients and candidates.
• Experience with recruitment technology, applicant tracking systems, and sales-driven environments.
• A deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges within the medical device and healthcare sectors.
