As we continue to expand, we are seeking motivated Loan Officers to join our team and play a key role in our growth.

Position Overview: As a Loan Officer at 1st Signature Lending, you will focus on providing Construction to Permanent Loans to clients, helping them achieve their homeownership dreams with customized financial solutions. You will not need to self-generate leads—our company provides a steady stream of inbound referrals and client opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to secure Construction to Permanent Loans, guiding them through the process from referral to closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, and referral partners.
• Provide expert advice on loan options, ensuring the best fit for each borrower’s financial situation.
• Process loan applications, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lending products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Meet sales and performance targets set by the company.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Loan Officer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage loan products, underwriting guidelines, and the loan process.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
• Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company.
