As a Post Closing Processor, your day will be filled with opportunities to package and copy loan packages to ensure investor requirements are met. Mortgage experience is important to function successfully in this position while Stock Yards Bank will provide a professional environment to continually improve the candidate’s skills and to further his/her career goals for advancement within the banking profession.

Responsibilities

Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Review closing documents and post close loans
• Request and track outstanding post closing exceptions
• Ship all conventional and government files to various investors including FHA and VA insuring packages
• Process loan funding
• Register loans with MERS
• Clear up all investor exceptions related to the purchase of the loan
• Image closed and adverse action loans
• Work with Loan Operations on serviced loans
• Box and ship off-site imaged closed loans and adverse action loans
• QC imaged loan files
• Assist other areas as needed

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Mortgage experience preferred
• Typing speed of 35 WPM
• Basic Microsoft Word skills
• Good customer service skills
• Dependable
• Professional appearance and demeanor
