Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Processing / Pipeline Production Manager, based in Flushing, New York Or East Coast Time Zone with some work from home flexibility. The Manager will oversee the mortgage processing pipeline, ensure efficient loan processing, handle communication with clients and lending partners, manage a team of processing staff, and ensure regulatory compliance. Daily tasks include monitoring loan pipeline status, coordinating with underwriters, addressing issues to expedite loan processing, and providing leadership and support to the processing team, mainly for the company's east coast production / processing/ pipeline managements
