Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Gas Technician to join our team. The Gas Technician will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing gas-related equipment and systems.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct routine maintenance on gas equipment and systems
- Repair and troubleshoot gas-related issues
- Install new gas lines and equipment
- Operate heavy equipment for gas-related projects
- Utilize distributed control systems for monitoring gas operations
- Perform equipment repairs as needed
**Experience:**
- Prior experience in the oil and gas industry preferred
- Knowledge of pipeline operations and logic controllers
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when required
- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and repair
- Familiarity with distributed control systems
- Strong mathematical skills for basic calculations
