Job Description
We're seeking a talented NetSuite Functional Consultant with Not-For-Profit Industry experience. As a key member of the team, you'll leverage your expertise to guide clients through successful implementations, provide ongoing support, and drive organizational efficiency.
Open to someone who is currently in an Accounting role i.e. (Controller, Accounting Manager, Accountant) that has been the Netsuite Administrator or SME (Subject Matter Expert) and has gone through at least one (1) NetSuite Implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments, translate business requirements into actionable solutions, and provide tailored training and support.
- Implement NetSuite with Non Profit Clients
- Demonstrate proficiency in NetSuite's core functionality, including grant accounting, restricted and unrestricted funds management, and related modules.
- Troubleshoot client issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance client outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 3+ Years of Grant Accounting Experience: Proven ability to navigate complex grant accounting regulations and understanding of restricted and unrestricted funds.
- 3+ years of NetSuite Experience – as a Super-User, Administrator or Functional Consultant: In-depth knowledge of NetSuite's core features and their application to nonprofit organizations.
- Strong Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business processes, financial reporting, and organizational dynamics.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Problem-Solving Skills: A creative and analytical approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
