Location: Must be local to MEDWAY MA office- flexible to come to office whenever needed

Hybrid Model: 2 days Office but may change depending on projects

Proficient with oDAS (Outdoor DAS system) architecture and technology with CROWN/ATC/EXTENET is a MUST

Proficient in ATOLL is a MUST – Mainly FOCUS on oDAS configuration, overall oDAS architecture for LTE/5G carriers adds, oDAS to SC conversion , building repeaters for oDAS in ATOLL either with simulcast or 1 to 1 scenario

Responsiblities:

• Individual will be working with an established RF design group to exponentially increase designs for all RF nodes in our network.
• Performing oDAS to small cell conversion design and modifications of existing oDAS designs with multiple vendors. Creating plumbing diagrams, filing E911/Regulatory.
• Creating and updating Atoll records for mmWV & oDAS system.
• We are looking for a good team member - well organize, self-motivated, good communication and a team player.
• Willing to do repetitive tasks, work in high pressure environment, and work with vague guidelines, project management skills.

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):

- Experience with oDAS technology and architecture for vendors such as CROWN/ATC/EXTENET

- Proficient in configuring oDAS sites in Atoll

- RF Design Experience with Samsung equipment

- Site selection & Review for new locations

- Knowledge of RF theory and practice, as well as LTE/VoLTE/5G (C-band/mmWV) technology

- Antenna knowledge - experience selecting the right antenna on 4G/5G technology

- Knowledge of propagation modeling software as Atoll

- Tool Experience: ATOLL , Visio, Mapinfo, Word, PowerPoint, Excel are a must worksheet manipulation

- Understanding of 5GNR standards

- Good communication skills & Ability to handle multiple priorities

DESIRED SKILLS:

- Knowledge of LTE network KPIs and key parameters.

- Experience designing 5G/4G Small cells, mmWV .

- Preferred tool experience: Atoll, knowledge of designing a cell site for mmWV/oDAS, and project management, VZW specific tool such as FUZE/SPM/CANVAS

- Excel with VB macro creation and worksheet manipulation

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

Bachelor of Science in Engineering with 3-5 years of experience

preferred
