Title: Network Engineer
Location: Based out of Belgrade, ME
Salary: up to $115k/year

Role Overview:
You’ll lead efforts in network design, implementation, and performance tuning across a multi-site environment. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on stability, scalability, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/WLAN).
- Configure and support firewalls, switches, routers, and VPNs.
- Optimize performance in Microsoft 365 and Zero Trust environments.
- Develop and maintain detailed network documentation and diagrams.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Support cybersecurity and PCI compliance initiatives.
What You Bring:
- 6+ years of experience in network engineering and infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of IP networking, routing/switching, BGP, DNS, DHCP, and QoS.
- Experience with Zero Trust models and secure remote access.
- Strong customer service orientation and critical thinking skills.
