As the NOC Engineer, you will be serving as a liaison between NOC technicians and Network Engineering teams.

• Strong experience in routing is essential, with familiarity in DWDM being highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in networking, particularly with Nokia equipment (though Cisco knowledge is advantageous as their equipment is Nokia), is preferred.
• Key responsibilities include network engineering tasks such as routing, subnetting, BGP, and MPLS.
• This role will entail router configuration, OSI layer understanding, and interaction with equipment like Nokia, DWDM (Adva/Adtran), Econops, MPLS Nokia/ALU, and Juniper.
• Additionally, interfacing with customers for troubleshooting and follow-up is crucial.
• While a CCNA certification is helpful, it is not mandatory for this position.
