GameTime Transport LLC is looking to hire a driver in the Wabash, Marion and Fort Wayne area. We are a non-emergency medical transport company.

Pay starts at $16.25 to $20 an hour depending on experience. There will be a 3-month probationary period. Raises will be given after the probationary period, at 6 months, and 1 year for those that meet the standard. Health insurance will also be available after the probationary period. Advancement opportunities will be available to workers who show good timeliness, work ethic, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Candidates must not have any accidents and 1 or less traffic violations in the last 3 years.
• Must pass a 10-pannel drug screen.
• must pass a 7-year criminal history background check.
• Must have driver's license for a minimum of 5 years.
• Must be able to bend and kneel without restrictions.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from company vehicles.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Must own an iPhone or android smartphone.
• Must have a valid non expired drivers license.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and spend whole shift away from town of residence.
• Ability to remain calm and patient in stressful situations.
• Must safely be able to drive in large cities.
• Must be willing to work weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of documented experience (limo, cab, ride share, group home transport to and from doctor appointments, etc.)
• 6 months experience driving wheelchair passengers including loading and unloading from wheelchair.

Responsibilities

• Pick up individual at allotted location.
• Take the individual to the specified destination.
• Must have childcare during work hours (you could be as far as 3.5 hours away from home.)
• Ensure the comfort, safety and wellbeing of passengers throughout the journey.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and well-functioning company vehicle.
