We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional to join a supportive school team and work directly with students and staff to enhance the educational experience. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in students daily learning and development.
Responsibilities:
Assist classroom teachers with instruction and classroom management
Support individual or small groups of students with academic tasks
Help implement IEPs and behavior plans as directed
Supervise students during non-instructional times (lunch, recess, transitions)
Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Experience working with children or in educational settings preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Work in a collaborative and student-centered environment
Enjoy consistent weekday hours and school holidays
Make a positive impact in students' academic and social development
