Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing office assistant to to join our team. In this role, you will provide a variety of clerical and administrative support to our employees, clients and students. You will ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to) call handling, email handling, scheduling appointments and interviews, planning meetings, cold calling, scheduling.....etc.. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Note: In your downtime, you will be searching the web for places that might need our security guard services. You will be tasked with reaching out to them to schedule a meeting with senior managements, as well as sending them post cards. No experience needed. We will train you and be with you every step of the way.
