The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment. Answer and direct phone calls; being the 'defacto receptionist' Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence. Provide general administrative support to staff as needed like stocking snacks, etc. Implement and maintain office policies and procedures. Assist with budgeting and expense tracking (Concur) The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in office administration or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills.
