- Must Live On Site : Compensation included 2 bedroom 1 Bath Apartment as Rent Credit
- Tenant Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with residents.
- Leasing and Marketing: Manage leasing processes and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Property Maintenance: Oversee property maintenance and ensure a clean, safe, and attractive living environment.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including rent collection and record-keeping.
- Conflict Resolution: Address tenant concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of local housing regulations.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle challenging situations.
