On-Site Support — Staffing & Admin (Weekend Availability Required)
Company: Staffing support for warehouse operations
Location: Clifton, NJ
Start: Hiring Immediately — Temp-to-Hire
We are looking for a flexible, reliable, bilingual (English/Spanish) operations support associate to assist with daily staffing and administrative tasks at a busy warehouse fulfillment center.
What You’ll Do
Enter candidate and employee data into internal ATS/HR systems
Recruit, screen, and dispatch replacement staff when needed
Track attendance and ensure scheduled associates report to shifts on time
Maintain an active hiring pipeline to support staffing fulfillment
Communicate staffing updates with warehouse supervisors and recruiting teams
Work weekends and occasional weekday coverage when operational needs change
Schedule Expectation
Must be available to work Thursday through Sunday
Must be open to rotating schedules and flexible coverage throughout the week when needed
Some tasks may also be handled remotely during the week
Requirements
Bilingual: English & Spanish (required)
Staffing, warehouse, or on-site support experience preferred
Strong sense of urgency, detail, and reliability
Own transportation
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
