We are actively hiring an Operational Language Analyst - Arabic - Iraqi, or Yemeni, Level 3 to join our Defense and Homeland Security Division working in Annapolis Junction, MD. In this role, t he Operational Language Analyst performs tasks required to process voice and/or graphic language materials in support of SIGINT Operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Translating and/or transcribing complex and sophisticated written and/or spoken material
  • Gisting complex and sophisticated written and/or spoken material
  • Scanning and sorting/categorizing foreign language materials
  • Performing quality control review of translations and/or transcripts of complex and sophisticated written and/or spoken material.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph
  • Performance at Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) skill level 3 in audio translation and/or text translation from the required language into idiomatic, standard American English or 3 in listening and/or reading on the DLPT.
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA)/Bachelor of Science (BS) degree or equivalent.
  • Equivalent of ten (10) years full-time combined cryptologic language processing, related language, and/or related cryptologic experience.
    • In lieu of the Bachelor’s Degree, an additional four (4) years of directly related, applied, practical work experience may be substituted.

Pay Range : There are many factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is: $170,000.00 - $185,000.00
