Stable and Growing health system is looking to hire an Ophthalmologist in a multidisciplinary health system in the Columbus, NE area!

Compensation & Benefits:

•Base Salary: $475,000

oBuy-in to the practice after one year

• Sign on bonus: $105,000

•Relocation: $10k

•PTO

• Experienced growth in patient numbers since 2018

Ophthalmologist Role with the Company :

•Newly renovated as of 2021

•3 pre-operative bays; 2 post-operative bays

•Large central nurses' station; Large staff breakroom

•1 minor procedure room, which also houses the Lens-x laser

•1 OR includes two separate beds for Ophthalmology

•Changing rooms separate for MDs and Nurses

•Shell space for supplies/sterilization, and still potential to add another OR

•Equipment

oAMO WaveScan WaveFront System, Intralase iFS Advanced Femtosecond Laser, and Visx Star S4 IR Excimer Laser (LASIK)

oAlcon LenSx FemtosecondLaser and ORA (Cataracts)


Ophthalmologist Patient volumes:

•Clinic volume in Columbus - 40-45 patients per clinic day.


Background Profile:

• Board Certified / Board Eligible / MD / DO Ophthalmologist
• No experience needed
