Job Description
Order Picker -- $18 - 19 per hour -- Weekly Pay
This position requires a mix of skills primarily focused on order picking, packing, product put-away, and restocking. The role involves operating order pickers and forklifts, as well as handling rubber sleeves to be cut into individual belts. These sleeves arrive nested with mixed part numbers, necessitating separation and sorting before stocking. The job is moderately physical, requiring manipulation of parts weighing up to 80 pounds.
ResponsibilitiesThe work environment is organized, clean, and climate-controlled. The team consists of 28 members on the 1st shift and 8 members on the 2nd shift. Work hours are Monday to Thursday from 3:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Employees must wear closed-toed shoes, pants, and layers as needed, with hearing protection provided.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
