Responsibilities of the Paper Mill Operators :

• Candidates must be eager to assist with heavy machine operation and other duties on production floor as necessary such as cleaning, heavy lifting, and inspection of final products.
• Monitoring production, troubleshooting machinery, loading materials onto equipment for shipment
• Cleaning materials and work space to remove any obstructions as necessary
• Handling of production materials and parts within the warehouse

Requirements and Qualifications of the Paper Mill Operators:

• 1-2 years of experience in general labor, manufacturing or warehouse environments
• Knowledge and/or experience in heavy equipment and machine operations
• Ability to lift more than 60lbs if necessary
• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment
• Open to rotating work schedule
• Must have taken the Work Keys Assessment or WIN Testing
