Key Responsibilities:

• Support families through emotionally sensitive conversations concerning end-of-life care, quality of life assessments, and managing behavioral challenges in pets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by building positive connections with pet families.
• Handle a high volume of incoming customer service calls from your remote workspace.
• Exhibit dependability and sound judgment by following set schedules and demonstrating flexibility.
• Accurately collect and document pet medical information while scheduling appointments efficiently.
• Meet or exceed established productivity, quality, and performance metrics.
• Enhance the experience for pet families and assisting veterinarians by providing outstanding support.
• Maintain punctuality and meet all performance requirements, including attendance, scheduled breaks, and deadlines.
• Be open to additional responsibilities to uphold the highest standards for our customers.
