Position Summary:

We seek an experienced Partner Marketing Specialist in the firearms space to enhance our media, affiliate, influencer, and marketing partner contracts. This exciting role as an end to end relationship manager will command full cycle execution of media deals and maintain deep industry connectivity to help set apart the USCCA membership from all other competitors.

Qualified candidates should have experience in digital marketing and hold industry experience in relationship building, campaign engineering, data analytics and project management. Your ability to identify opportunities, maintain a quota target, and offboard failed investments will be crucial in cultivating partnerships that enhance top line revenue.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners to foster collaboration and mutual growth.
• Develop and implement dynamic marketing campaigns that resonate with our target partner audience and meet overall marketing objectives.
• Analyze partner efforts and effectiveness to determine performance trends and generate insights that drive decision-making.
• Establish clear KPIs to evaluate the success of media partnerships, ensuring alignment with business goals and ROI expectations.
• Facilitate periodic reviews with media partners to assess performance, share insights, and identify opportunities for growth or adjustment in strategy.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts that enhance mutual benefits while safeguarding organizational interests.
• Manage budgets for media buys, ensuring cost-effective spending while maximizing reach, engagement, leads and membership acquisition.
• Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and identify new partnership opportunities.
• Partner with fellow marketing leaders to craft a cohesive marketing strategy across all business channels.
• Collaborate with funnel specialists and the creative team to enhance and optimize the overall customer experience.

Required Skills/Experience Education:

• This position is based at our corporate headquarters in West Bend, Wisconsin and requires a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with an emphasis on media buying, partnership management, or related roles.
• Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and negotiate effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis, tools, and reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine interest in media/influencer/creator trends, emerging technologies, and their implications for partnership strategies.
• Proven experience in leading teams or initiatives, fostering collaboration, and driving results in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Understanding of compliance requirements related to advertising and marketing in the firearms industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the firearms industry, including trends and current events or legislation that may impact USCCA operations. Firearms training experience preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with project management software is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency with electronic communication tools.
