Pediatrics Anchor Physician to join our Henderson, NV team in a full-time capacity. In this pivotal role, you'll provide compassionate, patient-centered care while serving as a clinical leader and mentor to medical students through collaboration with the Roseman University College of Medicine (RUCOM).

Essential Functions: - Provide high-quality, patient-centered pediatric primary care services alongside other pediatric providers in accordance with the mission of RMG.
- Serve as a clinical leader, mentoring medical students, residents, and colleagues in evidence-based patient care.
- Collaborate with RUCOM to create opportunities for medical students to engage in clinical learning at RMG.
- Contribute to practice development, patient retention, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Participate in team-based care models, working with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
- Maintain appropriate documentation and adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards.
- Performs related duties as required
Requirements - MD, DO, or equivalent degree with Board Certification in Pediatrics
- Eligible for medical licensure in Nevada or currently licensed.
- Demonstrated experience in pediatric care.
