Personal Vacation Planner is perfect for individuals who love travel, enjoy helping guests and prospects while providing world class customer service. If you have a great attitude, high energy and a competitive spirit, this may be the sales position for you.
We are looking for dedicated salespeople committed to providing exemplary sales and service to past guests and prospects. This position offers a competitive base and a lucrative commission program, plus full benefits and a 401K type plan.
Job Responsibilities:
Promote, sell and service SeaDream Yachting experience by initiating outbound phone calls to past guests and new prospects.
Fully qualify each guest to assist them in choosing the best vacation for them.
Receive inbound phone calls and e-mails from your client list. Handle accordingly.
Achieve pre-determined service standards.
Build relationships that last a lifetime with all guests and prospects by providing 5 star plus service throughout the entire sales and service process.
Provide exemplary pre and post booking service to all guests and prospects.
Learn SeaDream Yachts award winning fleet, the onboard lifestyle and yachting experience.
Familiarize yourself with all applicable itineraries that SeaDream offers and know what the top attractions are at each port of call. Learn the intricacies that makes
SeaDream the Number 1 yacht experience worldwide.
Learn and master the patented sales process in training. Be open to additional training, new product offerings and new ports of call.
Familiarize yourself with all applicable promotions, marketing campaigns and exclusive voyages.
Perform other job-related activities as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be able to work in the United States and without sponsorship.
Must be local to the Plantation Florida area.
Must speak, read and write English fluently- native level fluency.
Must be experienced with MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook (e-mail)
Education: High school Diploma or Equivalent. Bachelors degree preferred.
Experience: 2-3 years sales experience preferred. Travel Industry sales a plus but not required. Seaware/Seaweb training a plus. User knowledge of CRM systems a plus.
