Our client is a successful A&E firm, and they are currently searching for a talented Piping Designer. This is a full-time/direct hire opening. Our client has been around since the late 1940’s and has never had a layoff. The average associate tenure is more than 10 years. There are several employees who started their career as a co-op and reached retirement, all with our client.

The current opening is for a Piping Designer. Main duties include:
- Execute assigned modeling/drafting tasks for clients
- Create and manage Plant 3D project setups, specifications, catalogs, and templates
- Manage department standards for piping specifications, P&ID’s, 3D content, etc.
- Work proactively across muti-discipline design teams
- Assist in the continuous improvement of workflows, standards, and libraries
Qualifications include:
- A.S. in a technical discipline
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience required in a relevant function
- AutoCAD Plant 3D experience required
- Revit design experience is a plus
- Proven self-starter, detail-oriented, able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
