Adecco has partnered with leading global manufacturer to find a Plastics Extrusion Engineer in the El Paso, TX metro area.

Responsibilities include:
  • Evaluating and optimizing extrusion processes, including materials, machinery, and operator workflows
  • Optimize materials and ensure consistent manufacturing processes
  • Support testing of product performance and material properties
  • Provide guidance to technical staff and production teams during material or process changes
  • Assist with design and updates to machinery, tooling, and process equipment using CAD software
  • Develop and update operating procedures, process setups, quality documentation, and product specifications
  • Support integration of new equipment and processes into production, including testing, qualification, and vendor coordination
  • Offer daily production support to local and regional manufacturing sites
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project planning, timelines, and process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • 7+ years of engineering experience within plastics industry
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of a visa at this time.
