Responsibilities: - Analyzing market trends, comparing various industries, and interpreting financial metrics are key tasks for this role.
- Generating trading reports and monitoring performance metrics are essential responsibilities.
- Tracking performance and benchmarking against industry standards are crucial aspects of the job.
- Evaluating existing holdings critically to determine necessary portfolio actions is a key function.
- Participation in investment committee meetings and preparation for the same is required.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, firm policies, and all relevant rules is a fundamental duty.
Qualifications: - The ideal candidate should possess strong quantitative and analytical abilities along with a solid understanding of markets and investments.
- Preference is given to individuals with a four-year college degree or professional certification.
- It is desirable to have an active Series 7, 63, and 65 or Series 7 and 66, or the capability to obtain them within six months.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications is required.
- Familiarity with the financial industry and various products is essential.
- Being a CFA Candidate level or having an interest in pursuing the CFA designation is advantageous.
- Excellent Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint are necessary.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
