Job specification • Oversee clinic operations, including physician and on-call scheduling, staff supervision, and patient care coordination to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Establish and uphold clinic policies, lead staff training programs, and cultivate a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, control operational expenses, identify opportunities for cost savings, and drive revenue generation.
• Provide leadership to ensure providers and staff prioritize patient care. Address patient concerns with professionalism and tact to achieve optimal outcomes.
Candidate requirements • Associate's degree in business or health administration or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years administrative management experience in a healthcare setting.
• Must possess or obtain an Arizona DPS fingerprint clearance.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and knowledge of CMS and AHCCCS insurance processes are p
r eferred.
