We are seeking experienced, high-performing recruiters ready to step into a senior individual contributor role in our Midtown Manhattan office. As a Principal Consultant , you'll take full ownership of your desk, driving new business and delivering exceptional results. This position offers a clear path toward future leadership for those who aspire to it.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and grow a specialized 360 recruitment desk within your chosen vertical in pharma, biotech, or life sciences
• Lead the full recruitment cycle, from business development and client management to candidate placement
• Build and maintain consultative relationships with high-growth companies and top-tier talent
• Collaborate with a high-performance team while delivering consistent individual results
• Contribute to team culture and success through knowledge sharing and mentorship

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of full-desk agency recruiting experience, ideally within life sciences or similarly regulated sectors
• Proven billing success and ability to manage both client and candidate pipelines independently
• Strong business development and client management skills
• Ambition to grow professionally, with interest in mentoring or leading a team in the future
• Drive to deliver results in a performance-oriented, supportive environment

***Compensation is commensurate with experience. This is a performance-driven role with a competitive base salary and a strong emphasis on uncapped commission. For Principal Consultants, base salaries start at $55,000+ , with higher starting points available for those with direct industry experience. OTE's with commission typically range from $85,000-$350,000+ depending on performance.***
