The Job

• The GD will be responsible for understanding the customer’s vision and designing something tangible. These designs will include print and box design, layouts, workbooks, swag, and brochures design. These design pieces will also remain on the predetermined budget. 
• The primary role of the Graphic Designer is to satisfy the client with beautiful designs that are on-brand to the image they are requesting.

The Profile

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years experience in similar positions as a graphic designer and desirable for packaging companies and knowing how to work with brand images 
• Good communication with different areas
• Fast learner and providing quality results
• Understanding of current trends within graphics, images, colors, and logo
• Working hours from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
• Specific experience working with swag type products, printing, or box production experience is preferred
• Be self-motivated to go above and beyond to provide an amazing client experience and be a trusted subject matter expert for our internal team
• Seamlessly be able to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Have the ability to manage client projects end to end without losing sight of the overall goals or the smallest of details
• Thrive working as part of a highly collaborative and fast-moving team where everyone pitches in and yet are confident in being able to be a leader in their area of expertise
• Follows established best practices with acute attention to detail but isn’t afraid to suggest new ideas and seeks out new innovative solutions
