About the Role:
Are you a strings instructor who LOVES teaching, wants to make a difference in the lives of others, and would thrive within the supportive and positive environment at our music school?

Our ideal candidate is not only someone who is a capable instructor, but who is also good at connecting with people, students, and parents alike. We have students of all ages and abilities, mostly taking private lessons, but some also taking group instruction.

The right person for this role is organized and reliable, takes initiative, and excited about the potential of joining a growing, thriving program here at PCS.

Requirements:

• A degree in music
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Passion for teaching and making a difference in the lives of others through music
• Committed to PCS for 2-3 years or more, barring something happening unexpectedly.
• Schedule - The position is year-round, with the majority of teaching done Monday through Friday during the early afternoons and evenings. Saturday teaching is optional.
