Job purpose:
The Process Engineer – Technical Team represents the fairlife technical team at their respective base site while being available to support other sites as needed. They will work on initiatives for capacity expansion, process/recipe changes, CI and troubleshooting, supporting processes and utilities. In fulfilling this role, the Process Engineer works cross-functionally with commercial, manufacturing, engineering, IT, quality, R&D, and other functions within fairlife. They will be the top liaison for procuring new processing and utility equipment while incorporating our learnings with new technologies and processes to improve quality, efficiency, and speed to market.

Travel requirements: Up to 75% including some international for first 18 months, then 25% travel expected after 18 months in role

Base pay range:
$100,000—$130,000 USD
