Reppeto & Associates Land Surveyors – Vancouver Professional Land Surveyor

Job Summary

Reppeto & Associates, located in Vancouver, Washington, has been providing professional land surveying services to the Portland/Vancouver metro area since 1971. We are looking for a Licensed Land Surveyor, licensed in Oregon and Washington, to assist in project management, review surveys, draft a wide range of surveys, and prepare surveys for submission to clients. This position will require interaction with clients, city and county surveyors, planners, and others. We are a small but growing company and look forward to working with someone who will help maintain the company standard and grow the company.

Position: Licensed Land Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Drafting, computations and management of Record of Surveys, Topographic Design Surveys, Condominium Plats, Middle Housing Land Divisions, ALTA Surveys, and various other surveys.
• Assist with project management, job research, scheduling, and client interaction.
• Review of surveys for accuracy and completeness to be turned into the county, planner, or client.
• Prepare legal descriptions, easements, and various other survey related documents.

Qualifications:

• Licensed in Oregon and Washington
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a licensed land surveyor.
• Expertise in survey techniques, boundary analysis, and modern surveying technologies.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects, controlling budgets, and meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
• Field work is not required, but may be needed on occasion

Pay and Benefits:

• $40-$55 an hour depending on experience.
