• You have Experience developing engaging activities programs for Seniors in care environments.
• You have Experience Supervising a team.
• You have a Georgia DL, Clean Record, & your own reliable vehicle.
• You have good computer skills.

• You are a skilled caregiver with no Activity Leadership Experience: Check out our Career page.
• You have no working or volunteer experience working with Older Adults. 
• You're not Great at supervising a team.

This Would Be Your Schedule…

• Monday – Friday / FT hours between 7 am – 5 pm 

Responsibilities: Inspire freedom, hope, and joy in our Members and those who love them!…

• Supervise and lead a team of activity leaders and care professionals!
• Engage with our Seniors and their families.
• Develop activities calendar featuring cognitive skill building, art, music, exercise!
• Manage center operations.
• Team Environment & Mindset needed: “No Job is Beneath You” (everyone assists w/ everything including cleaning!)

Qualifications:

• Enthusiasm
• Creative/Innovative and open to new ideas
• Background in Arts Education, Gerontology, Sociology, Psychology, OT Assistant, or Recreational Therapy a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Skilled multi-tasker
