Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee strategic projects for the People team, including project planning, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Execution & Risk Management: Define and manage project deliverables, addressing key risks and issues as they arise.
• Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress, communicate status updates, roadblocks, milestones, and successes to stakeholders.
• Logistics Coordination: Manage scheduling, timelines, communications, and material distribution for project meetings.
• Deliverable Development: Create and coordinate internal documents, user guides, training materials, and governance materials.
• Change Management: Assess change management needs, determine rollout dates, and prepare communications and training.
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with subject matter experts to enhance People processes, diagnose inefficiencies, and document improvements.
• Efficiency Opportunities: Identify areas where HR processes and technology can enhance efficiency, quality, profitability, and employee satisfaction.
• Internal Consulting: Assist the People team and stakeholders in solving complex problems and managing projects for organizational value.
• Stakeholder Support: Facilitate and manage expectations of process owners and stakeholders throughout improvement initiatives.
• Workshop Facilitation: Lead process improvement meetings and sessions for requirement gathering and strategic planning.
