JOB DESCRIPTION:

• 84 Months of Experience as project/program manager, managing large, complex IT projects, with multiple cross-functional teams of at least 30 team members or stakeholders, involving multiple business teams and IT team members from different IT organizations and agencies/ businesses.
  
• 84 months experience developing and executing project roadmaps and plans including management of charter, scope, schedule, cost, quality, communication, change, risk, issue, resource, and vendor management plans, and managing complete project management lifecycle from initiation through closeout.
  
• 84 Months of Experience in (1) developing and managing formal project schedules in Microsoft Project, including tracking progress and variances against baselines utilizing Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies, (2) conducting Scrum Sessions demonstrating mastery of the skill, and (3) facilitating executive -level project status meetings and presentations for both ITS and client agencies’ leaderships and creating project dashboards.
  
• 84 months experience developing and managing detailed scope documentation, work breakdown structure, requirements elicitation, managing systems analysis and design, and documenting business analysis artifacts such as Business Requirements Documentation, Functional Specifications, and Requirements Traceability Matrix.
  
• 84 Months of Experience in managing projects using a Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) based project management methodology containing well defined and documented processes, templates, and guidelines for all project phases, the adherence to which is required and managed by a formal Project Management Office.
  
• 72 months experience with project quality planning, quality assurance, end to end system testing, quality control, UAT defect and metrics management, and quality governance
  
• 60 Months of Experience in facilitated elicitation and documentation of complex business requirements.
  
• College degree (3.75 for Bachelor, 5 for Masters)
  
• 24 months experience Post-Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. A copy of the valid certification must be submitted with the Candidate Response Form.
  
• 24 Months experience Post-Certified Scrum Master. A copy of the valid certification must be submitted with the Candidate Response Form.
