Position Title: Project Manager - Six Sigma Black Belt
Project Duration: 6-8 weeks

Focus Area: Data-Driven Process Improvement in Billing Operations
Objective:
The Project Manager will lead a data-driven analysis of customer feedback related to billing processes, using Six Sigma methodologies. The primary tasks will involve compiling Fishbone diagrams, analyzing the data, and presenting actionable insights to the manager and the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
Key Responsibilities:
- Problem Analysis: Take a defined problem statement and break it down using Six Sigma tools, specifically creating Fishbone diagrams to identify root causes based on customer feedback data.
- Data Compilation: Gather and analyze data related to billing feedback, applying Six Sigma techniques to pinpoint areas for improvement.
- Documentation: Compile findings, including Fishbone diagrams and other relevant data, into structured documentation for review.
- Presentations: Prepare presentations in PowerPoint, might also use Visio, clearly outlining the findings. Present the analysis in an ELT-friendly format to the manager, who will then decide whether to present directly to the ELT or collaborate on the presentation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the manager to refine the analysis and ensure the presentations align with organizational goals and expectations.
- All necessary data will be provided, so no need for the project manager to search or compile it themselves.
Team Structure:
The Project Manager will primarily work independently, although close collaboration with the manager will be necessary. The manager will review the documentation and provide guidance, particularly in preparing presentations for the ELT.
Tools & Technology:
- PowerPoint for presentation creation
- Visio for Fishbone diagrams and process mapping
- Six Sigma Methodologies for problem analysis and root cause identification
Candidate Requirements:
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Strong experience in data analysis, process improvement, and applying Six Sigma tools such as Fishbone diagrams
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Visio for creating clear and concise presentations
- Ability to present findings to senior leadership, including the ELT, either independently or in collaboration with the manager
- Ability to start immediately, ideally by Monday
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to documenting and presenting findings
