Psychiatry - Adult or Child/Adolescent 

Can live anywhere but must be Illinois licensed and know they will work on CST

They are looking to hire two Psychiatrists

Organization is located in Chicago (CST)
Full-time position
8:30-5:00 with one late evening (later start time)

Leading Organization in Community Health is seeking 2 additional Psychiatrists to add to their Behavior Health Department. Their clinics are staffed with Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Pediatrics, OB/Gyn, and Mental Health providers, Nurse Practitioners, PAs and a fully staffed clinical support team. They have been providing healthcare services for over 50 years.

* The scope of practice includes evidenced based clinical guidelines and provide continuous, comprehensive psychiatric treatment. Provider will review and/or gather patient histories to assess current environment and/or history of behavioral health conditions with he patient or in the patient's family.
* Doctor will ensure that all patients have received the PHQ-2 and if needed the PHQ-9 to screen for depression and monitor progress over time for patients the have been identified as having a moderate to high-risk scoring. 
* Prepare all medical records, clinical reports and correspondence
*Work in collaboration with scheduling, clinical staff, health management team and other providers to ensure that there is patient access and that productivity goals of 2.7 or higher are met daily/weekly.
* Make diagnosis and prescribe medication as necessary or make referrals to other forms of behavior health treatment including full or partial hospitalization
* Reasonable pt volume

Salary: $280k

Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage

3 weeks paid vacation to start

80 hours PTO
CME - one week paid plus $2,000
