Job Description

Seeking a Quality Assurance Auditor in West Lafayette, Indiana

Conducts audits of designated studies and facilities to assess compliance with protocols, SOPs, and relevant state, national, and/or international regulations. Audits may include direct observation of study conduct and/or laboratory processes, study data and reports, or audit of facility records and standard operating procedures.

Prepares an audit report after each audit; recommends corrective actions to deficiencies as needed.

Assist with audits and inspections conducted by sponsors and regulatory agencies as related to auditing activities.

Maintains active QA files.

Train other employees as requested.

Provide guidance on documentation requirements as requested.

Enter data into databases

Follow SOPs and other applicable laboratory or company procedures

Maintain confidential information

Interact with the community and employees

Support and participate in other company initiatives as directed by senior management

Perform other duties as assigned

Bachelors Degree in science or related field with 1 year pharmaceutical auditing experience, or

At least 2 years of pharmaceutical laboratory experience.

Equivalent combination of related education and required work experience will be considered.

Knowledge and understanding of applicable national and state regulations, with the ability to apply these practices daily

Working knowledge of and ability to adhere HIPAA regulations

*This position could be offered at different levels for candidates who qualify with a combination of advanced levels of education and/or years of experience. The salary range will adjust along with the level of the role to match the persons relevant experience and/or education level.
