This information is for internals only. Please do not share outside of the organization. Your Role: At MilliporeSigma, the Quality Control Logistics Technician 3 will perform a variety of functions according to established protocols in support of the Quality Control testing laboratories.
\n - Execute all operations safely, consistently meeting quality and safety standards.
\n - Manage diverse sample logistics, including SAP transactions, sampling, weighing, deliveries, retains, and external shipments.
\n - Accurately weigh chemicals based on assay requirements and quantities.
\n - Safely handle all chemical classes in varying amounts.
\n - Support laboratory functions such as equipment upkeep, restocking, waste management, and material transport.
\n - Independently evaluate material hazards to establish safe handling and PPE needs.
\n - Complete required work to achieve team goals and meet deadlines.
\n - Communicate operational status and deviations, maintaining accurate records and logbooks.

Physical Attributes: \n - Wear PPE as required.
\n - Lift/push/pull up to 80 pounds.
\n - Extended work in a dry room environment.
\n

Who You Are Minimum Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED.
\n
Preferred Qualifications: \n - 2+ years of experience working with SAP quality or inventory systems and transactions.
\n - Ability to independently review safety data sheets and determine appropriate handling precautions and personal protective equipment.
\n - Experience working with Microsoft Office platforms such as Excel and Word.
\n - Strong time management, attention to detail, and drive to perform individually and as a member of a team.
\n - Approach all tasks with an independent initiative to create value.
\n - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

\n - Pay Range for this position: $22.00-$35.00 per hour.
\n - The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
