Our team is dedicated to pushing the limits of performance, and we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Supervisor to lead our quality assurance team and ensure that our high-performance racing components meet the most stringent industry standards.
Position Summary
The Quality Control Supervisor is a leadership-focused role responsible for overseeing the quality inspection team, scheduling work assignments, delegating tasks efficiently, and ensuring streamlined operations within the Vehicle Engineering Department. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of quality assurance, inspection techniques, and process optimization to ensure that all motorsport components meet compliance, safety, and performance requirements.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities, ensuring clear communication across teams, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
Required:
✔ Minimum 5+ years of quality control experience in motorsports, manufacturing, or a related high-performance industry.
✔ Proven experience in leadership, supervision, scheduling, and task delegation in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Advanced knowledge of GD&T principles, CMM programming, and quality inspection methodologies.
✔ Proficiency in PCDMIS-driven CMMs (experience with CMM Manager, Camio, or Calypso is also beneficial).
✔ Strong analytical skills with experience in SPC, FMEA, and process improvement techniques.
✔ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred:
✔ Knowledge of motorsports regulations and standards (NASCAR, FIA).
✔ Certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma Black Belt.
✔ Experience with data analysis tools and inspection software to improve process efficiency.
Education Requirements
🎓 High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
