Key Job Elements
• Provide feedback and work to resolve manufacturing issues;
• Work with program teams to complete product launches on schedule;
• Regular interaction with customer and maintain customer issues logs;
• Contribute and assist in the development of Quality Control plan;
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems if needed;
• Develop inspection methods to analyze product quality;
• Document results and findings of inspections.
Education / Training
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field;
• Minimum 5 years' experience working in quality.
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field;
• Previous experience working in quality assurance;
• Experience with manufacturing and production processes and principles;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Experience working with internal and external customers;
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications;
• Statistical analysis and quality assurance skills.
