As a tutor on the Varsity Tutors Platform, you’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, earn competitive rates, and make a real impact on students’ learning journeys—all from the comfort of your home. Responsibilities Tutor students online using our Live Learning Platform (no commuting). Provide personalized lessons and adapt to different learning styles. Leverage the AI-powered Tutor Copilot to enhance sessions, generate lessons, and save prep time. Invoice for tutoring sessions; Varsity Tutors handles payments. What We Look For Strong communication skills and an engaging teaching style. Expertise in QuickBooks with the ability to explain concepts clearly. Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles. Prior tutoring/teaching experience and graduate-level education preferred. Benefits Earn up to $40/hour with incremental increases for the same student. Paid up to twice per week for tutoring sessions. Set your own hours and tutor as much as you’d like. Remote tutoring on a purpose-built platform—no commuting. We handle logistics; you invoice and we process payments.
