We are seeking a dynamic and driven Real Estate Sales Manager and/or Associate Broker to start and grow a sales team to a minimum of 50 income-producing real estate agents over a two-year period.
This role will focus on recruiting, training and mentoring experienced agents, while driving sales performance and fostering a high-energy culture conducive to the brand.
For the results we are looking to achieve, you are an award-winning real estate agent and have seven to 10 years’ experience in the Nova Scotia real estate industry. Ideally, the successful candidate will have a working relationship with the province’s REALTOR® movers and shakers and be respected in the industry. It’s an opportunity for a self-starting entrepreneur to make this business his or her own.
