Job Description

Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our client in Exton, PA! This role is essential in helping our client identify top talent and manage the hiring process effectively. This Direct-Hire opportunity offers $55,000-$60,000/year!



Key Responsibilities:

• Actively seek and engage potential candidates through online platforms.
  
  
• Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate fit.
  
  
• Create and update job descriptions for new and existing roles, ensuring alignment with team needs.
  
  
• Proactively reach out to potential candidates and manage communication throughout the hiring process.
  
  
• Oversee interview scheduling, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and hiring managers.
  
  
• Utilize ATS tools to manage postings, track applicants, and generate reports. Experience with ADP is a plus.
  
  
• Maintain and expand a database of qualified candidates, with a focus on technical and corporate roles.
  
  
• Ensure all recruiting activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  
  
• Manage the reference check process and any additional documentation requirements.
  
  
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to hiring managers and leadership teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with business software solutions.
  
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to interact professionally with internal teams and candidates.
  
  
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  
  
• A proactive and positive attitude with a commitment to excellence in recruiting practices.
