We're looking for an Entry Level Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in identifying, attracting, and placing top talent.

Who we’re Seeking

We are seeking a staffing industry entry-level Recruiter. Recruiters at A-Line Staffing find, screen, and cultivate new and existing relationships with healthcare providers. Recruiters are relied upon for their expertise and ability to work in a fast-paced environment matching providers to client needs.

Compensation

  • · The pay for this position is = $38,000 - 55,000 per year + Commission (Based on experience)
  • · Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • · A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Highlights

  • · This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
  • · The required availability for this position is Monday – Friday 8am-5pm

Recruiter Responsibilities

  • · Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards and cold-calling
  • · Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills and experience.
  • · Build and maintain relationships with candidates.
  • · Collaborate with Account Managers to understand client staffing needs and requirements.
  • · Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
  • · Manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • · Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
  • · Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment.

 

Qualifications

  • · Previous experience in recruitment, customer service, sales, or related fields is a plus but not required.
  • · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • · Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships.
  • · High level of motivation, resilience, and a "never give up" attitude.
  • · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • · Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • · Proficiency in MS Office.
  • · A passion for helping others and making a positive impact.
