Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires strong relationship management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers across various departments. The Recruiter will play a crucial role in attracting top talent and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Work with hiring managers to understand their preferences, management style and needs of the position.
- Work with hiring managers to prepare proposals for new positions including researching market pay rates and developing job descriptions.
- Write job postings and post to various job boards.
- Source candidates through innovative methods for niche roles.
- Manage applicant tracking tools and HRIS to issue applications, track applicant process and hiring phases.
- Develop and maintain a database of candidate resumes, maintaining relationships with potential future candidates.
- Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, prepare candidate summaries for hiring managers.
- Prescreen candidates via telephone, MS Teams (virtual) or in-person interviews.
- Coordinate in-person interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
- Prepare and submit offer letters to candidates, assist in negotiation of terms as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate information, interview feedback, and hiring decisions. Ensure all hiring practices comply with legal requirements and company policies.
- Manage temporary/leased employee process and track hires and separations.
Onboarding
- Prepare and submit onboarding paperwork to candidates prior to hire date
- Enter candidate information into HRIS
- Perform I9 verification
- Conduct new hire orientation on first day and assist in the coordination of workstation setup with IT for first day
- Prepare first week orientation in coordination with hiring managers
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in recruitment/talent acquisition experience with experience and comfortability in headhunting for niche roles.
- Experience using HRIS systems, ATS Systems and recruitment platforms
- Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices
- Intermediate to advanced skill with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
